well heeeyyyy!!!
So the window frame has a couple of windows I want to replace – & they were originally inset using wooden sashes (at least that’s what I think it’s called – instead of glazing material (that is like a putty)) they used small pieces of wood nailed into the frame. So I am making sure I use the same procedures that I used to stain the window frame on these pieces of wood. I am also starting another frame – this one is a mirror frame – I think the mirror was made to look old – & they did use some old pieces of wood to create the frame – but really don’t think it too old of a piece – but it definelty has character – here is a picture of the 2:

now I am on the step where linseed oil & turpentine is applied & then buffed with the 400 grit wet dry sandpaper:
